CanSkate Coaches

All SMSC professional coaches are specially trained and certified by Skate Canada. They are contracted by Streetsville Meadowvale Skating Club to teach our CanSkate and Pre-Junior group lessons, as well as to lead stroking sessions for our STARSkate/Competitive skaters.

All of our CanSkate coaches have extensive experience in teaching proper skating technique to our members of all ages and at all levels.

Private lessons available for CanSkaters

In addition to CanSkate group lessons, our coaches are available for 10-minute private lessons at the beginning of each CanSkate session once your skater is in Stage 3 and looking to continue on to our Starskate program. Our coaches are self-employed and set their own hours and rates.
