SMFSC Seminar with Star

Elvis Stojko is a Canadian former competitive figure skater and currently tours with Stars on Ice as well as skating in the ice show at the CNE!  Elvis was the first man to land a quadruple jump in combination at the 1991 World Championships and has two Olympic silver medals from the 1994 and 1998 Olympics.  He was also a three time World Champion (1994,1995 & 1997) and a seven-time Canadian national champion (1994, 1996-2000, & 2002).

 

All levels of SMFSC StarSkaters are invited to attend, each level will have 2 on-ice sessions with Elvis and an off-ice class with his partner Gladys Orozco.  Skaters will be grouped according to current skating levels.  As well as being on the ice with Elvis, there will be an autograph session and a question and answer session (parents can attend).  Skaters will also have a break for lunch so please pack a lunch for them to bring with them that day.  

 

Registration will open on Monday April 20th, the cost per SMFSC skater is only $30!

 

We hope all our Starskaters will attend this session as this is a once in a lifetime opportunity!  Don’t delay, register as soon as you can as space is limited in each level!
