2. In person -- Office hours at Meadowvale 4 Rinks, inside Rink 3:
Our Fall/Winter 2017-2018 Office Hours begin on Wednesday, September 13 and Karen Hornsby, our Member Services Administrator, will be available in the SMFSC Office inside Rink 3 as follows:
- Mondays — 6:15 pm to 7:30 pm
- Wednesdays — 6:30 pm to 7:40 pm
- Thursdays — 6:15 pm to 7:15 pm
- Saturdays — 10:45 am to 12 noon.

Please note, this telephone line is not answered, however it does collect voice-mail. It is very important to speak slowly and clearly when leaving a message. To leave a voice-mail, please ensure you include name, telephone number, skater's name (if applicable) and full details of your query. We will do our best to respond as quickly as possible. Please note, we are able to respond to emails more quickly than to voice-mails.
