SMFSC Coaches
All SMFSC coaches are certified through Skate Canada and the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP). Our coaches are contracted by the Club to deliver group programming, including CanSkate and STARSkate. We are an inclusive club offering both recreational and competitive programming.
Choosing a Coach
Coaches have different areas of expertise and may focus on various aspects of skating development.
Coaches are self-employed professionals who set their own schedules and fees.
We encourage families to review coach biographies and speak directly with coaches to find the best fit for their skater.
