SMFSC - Annual General Meeting
On Saturday November 29th, 2025, SMFSC will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM), all SMFSC members are invited and encouraged to attend.
SMFSC is a non-profit organization and Annual General Meetings are a requirement of our constitution, membership with Skate Canada and affiliation with the City of Mississauga. This year we will hold our AGM in person at Meadowvale Four Rinks.
The meeting is set to begin at 10:30 am and we will be meeting in our off-ice room in Rink 3. Please see 2025 AGM Agenda for this years meeting as well as some other documents (updated By-law No. 2 and the minutes from 2023 AGM).
If you are unable to attend this meeting, I have pasted below a link to for an electronic proxy form that NEEDS to be completed so that the board can vote on your behalf for any and or all reports presented and any changes to our Constitution and By-laws. If you have any questions, please reach out to me so that I can answer those questions if you cannot attend the meeting.
