Synchro focuses on edges, power and flow. More than 50% of practice time will be devoted to improving basic stroking – edges and crossovers – plus turns and form. Synchro will improve skating skills – especially Freeskate Skills and Dance. We’ll do all this is a fun and supportive team environment.

Synchro will operate similarly to our PreSTAR sessions, with fees including both ice time and coaching.
